Why is Jamie Dimon not in jail? Why are there not a few bankers hanging from lamp posts somewhere?
Another crash is going to happen again and then it will be much work….

This is some jaw dropping evidence of fraud and deceitful lies. JPMorgan Chase is OUT OF CONTROL manipulating the numbers to defraud and no accountability or respect for the law this was profit over morals all the way to the top. The tax payers should defiantly not be responsible for flipping the bill for this one. It always seems that when one bank is caught the dominos start to fall just like the robosigning, the liars loans, the MBS fraud and deceiving the courts with false affidavits all leading up to wrongful foreclosures. If there is no accountability and if nobody is going to jail is this the new way to prosperity does raising your right hand to be sworn in mean nothing any more. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for the libor scandal.
There is so much confusion in the banking industry, it is scary. A client called me in to do a short sale in Jan 2012, the only problem was she was foreclosed on in July 2009, a Trust Deed to prove it. When I told her she said “oh they didn’t foreclose, Chase has given me 3 modifications since 2009 (temporary of course). She was given over 12 NOS after that as well. The tax records show the home in Deutsche Bank (Chase is the servicer). After one year and a law suit later, nothing is resolved because Chase has offered her ANOTHER modification and in the modification, she has to swear there has been no change of title since she originally took out the loan! Her attorney quit because she would not sign the agreement, she said, “How can I sign a modification when the home is not in my name?” There was no proposal to change that small detail – Yikes!
