Text Messaging Terms and SMS Consent

By submitting your contact information through a form on this website and checking the consent box, or by otherwise giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be texted, you consent to receive text messages from Weidner Law at the number you provide. These messages may include replies to your inquiry, appointment and consultation reminders, requests for documents or information, and updates about your matter.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our office.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
  • Text messaging is not a secure or confidential channel, and you should not send confidential or time-sensitive case information by text.
  • Texting with our office does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when a written retainer agreement is signed by you and the firm.
  • Your consent to receive texts is voluntary and is not a condition of hiring us or receiving legal services. If you prefer not to receive texts, contact our office and we will use another method.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further texts from us. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you did originally. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at 727-954-8752 or weidnerlaw@yahoo.com.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Text Messaging Disclosure. By providing your phone number to Weidner Law, you agree to receive SMS text messages about your inquiry, appointments, and case updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
