The Florida Legislature has initiated the most dramatic attacks on Florida’s court system that one can imagine. They are not finished yet….not by a long shot….but the proposals they attempted are terrifying.
Fortunately, the push back was significant and now they seemed to have backed off a bit….but they will come back for more….
