I watched this last night. Ethos provides another great explanation for what is happening. Once you see what is happening you start to think of what you can do to change things. The suggestion at the end of the movie is to boycott. Boycotts works although it wouldn’t seem like they would.
There are growing movements that understand this. Tax Free 15 is one. “STAND IN SOLIDARITY AND BOYCOTT EVERY 15th UNTIL OUR NUMBERS GROW AND ONCE WE BEGIN, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK, WE WILL MOVE FORWARD” https://www.taxfree15.com/ Basically, you do nothing on the 15th of every month. EVERYONE can do that; no special skill required. And you don’t have to be smart either. “Don’t buy. Don’t comply. Ask why!” is the sites motto.
