We all need to understand that it’s the federal government that is kicking down our doors, “winterizing” homes in Florida in the dead of summer and ignoring or taking property if they choose to.

This is ridiculous of Uncle Sam. We’ve had cases where clients had their homes entered by appraisers or realtors who claimed that the property was vacant according to the BPO report. So it’s now at the discretion of a BPO to determine if the property is vacant and should be entered by contractors of the Inventors?? Insane! Thanks for posting this Matt.

Counselor, you’re absolutely correct Fannie is throwing rocks while hiding their hands.They’ve put “credit enhencements”on loans for homeowners who are current on their payments making it impossible for them to refinance through HARP underwriting as they show “ineligible” due to those enhencements. The homeowner is then forced to stay under the servicer’s thumb while their escrow goes through the roof until they can no longer afford payments lose the house only to have it picked up by some wealthy, unscrupulous dirtbag “investor”! PLEASE HELP US!!!
