RED ALERT! IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED- YOUR FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS AT STAKE!

The thing I fear most is the suffocating grip of restrictions on free speech and our ability to freely and widely disseminate information.   I can feel the cold, suppressing grip of the state gripping my throat, crimping my fingers, suffocating my speech that demands to be free.

This proposed rule may seem limited and innocuous inasmuch as it addresses jurors, but we must all be vigilant anytime any party’s ability to communicate and speak freely is restricted, even jurors.   The title suggests juror use, but the authority clearly is so broad and sweeping that the rights of any party who enters our public courthouses are at grave risk.

We have this from the net=
Lawyer: “Doctor, before you performed the autopsy, did you check for a pulse?” Witness: “No.” Lawyer: “Did you check for blood pressure?” Witness: “No.” Lawyer: “Did you check for breathing?” Witness: “No.” Lawyer: “So, then it is possible that the patient was alive when you began the autopsy?” Witness: “No.” Lawyer: “How can you be so sure, Doctor?” Witness: “Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar.” Lawyer: “But could the patient have still been alive nevertheless?” Witness: “Yes, it is possible that he could have been alive and practicing law somewhere.”

And we have the congressman stating that the three branches of government are the House the Senate and the President. (Sen. Schumer (NY-D))
So is it all that surprising that the Florida courts can’t get it right?
