Matt would you kindly consider a post on H.R. 3808 which is entitled the Interstate Recognition of Notaries Act. It passed the House under a rule suspension. It passed the Senate on a voice vote. It is sitting on the President’s desk awaiting his signature. Many believe it will be devastating to the defenses raised. In particular it will excuse not having an actual signature, it will excuse not have the notary present when the document is signed.
