The Order attached here should not be significant in the least bit. It’s a tiny order that merely recites the basic law of the land. What’s most frustrating about all of this is that attorneys are forced to go to court over and over to try and get the most basic elements of the law enforced…and that the foreclosure mills are permitted to continue flagrantly violating the law…..with no penalty.
And what about all those cases where the homeowner does not hire an attorney? Well, the foreclosure mill just gets away with whatever they slide under the judge….it’s really a sad commentary upon our judicial system….to see it manipulated and exploited in this way…and know that the foreclosure mills go away totally unpunished.
