Tonight millions of Americans will be tuned to their televisions to watch the Presidential debates….a circus for sure…a pre-packaged, scripted circus.
Ironically, tonight I also received my Official November ballot….and what do you know? The November ballot for Florida includes 11 different names for President.
The only correct choice to mark on your ballot is….ANYONE BUT MITTENS OR OBAMA.
But I digress….that ain’t what this is about. This post is about whether or not the third branch…you know the judicial branch will finally stand up and provide some resistance against the banks?
Clearly, neither of the two frontrunners for the Presidency will stand up and push back against the benefactors who pay their freight. And forget about legislators…state or federal….they are owned by the banks. And regulatory or police agencies….well have you seen any punishment yet?
And so the one faint hope that remains is that our nation’s courts and judges will finally stand up and show the American people that there is some hope for them in this world. Now, over years state courts have gotten a bit better at seeing the bigger issues. Just this week I was in court where a judge hit the roof after a servicer admitted that the loan was owned by Fannie who could decide to come attack the borrower anytime they pleased….despite the fact that the servicer had agreed to a settlement.
But on the much bigger issues….like whether the banks will be permitted to kick down the doors of any home in America they choose, without notice and without any warning….the question is whether this nation’s court system will finally stand up and recognize the terribly dangerous nation the banks have created.

Did you notice that on all other sections, candidates were in last name alphabetical order, a – z.
But on the presidential section it was Mitt Romney, Barack Obama, Thomas Robert Stevens, Gary Johnson, etc.

No the answer is NO. The Judges are so corrupt. It is mind boggling to me that I had a home for 23 yrs and was never in default but lost my home to an illegal foreclosure. The Judge ignored the fact that we never received a Notice of Default because we were always paid ahead and we never received a Notice of Foreclosure Sale. All of the above are required by MA state foreclosure laws ch 244 sec 14. The home was also sold to the bank by an invalid Credit Bid. Our son is a front line Marine that returned home after his 2nd deployment in Iraq to find out the only home he ever knew was gone. Its IRONIC that he wanted to serve our Country and the Justice system allows this FRAUD to continue. How do you lay your head down at nite? I only pray the “WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND. Lets see what you do when you or a family member is a victim of this FRAUD.
