over 7 years ago, litton loan tried to foreclose on us because they said we miss two payments, and we proved we didnt. The Judge suggested we go to mediation. Litton was going to do a market value on the home, and agree on a payment. They did nothing, and tried to foreclose again, and again. Their lawers missed a court date, and they dismissed all court costs and their fees. And now here we go again. Isnt there a statue of limitations? 7 years?
