Here’s what’s being reported…I encourage others to share:
A couple days ago, my partner watched a professionally dressed pro se woman come to court to argue a motion before Judge …… He stated, “You are not allowed to speak in my courtroom,” and he proceeded to rule against her. She asked, “I am not allowed to speak?,” and he said, “No.” My partner had the foresight to take note of her case number. I am virtually certain she would happily provide a 90 second experience of Rocket Docket and how unthinkable it would be to provide that senior judge even more discretion to ignore the arguments of homeowners….
This is just one story, but everyday we see so many of them. But we’re not doing our job if we’re not documenting this.
There is tyranny and tragedy occurring in our state’s court system EVERY SINGLE DAY.
We all need to start recording and documenting what is happening.
As attorneys in particular that swore an oath to protect consumers, and the rights that are detailed in the Florida Constitution, and the key right is the right to have a fair, just and impartial court system.
THAT RIGHT IS BEING DESECRATED WITH 1 MINUTE ROCKET DOCKET FORECLOSURE “TRIALS”!
WHEN YOU SEE SOMETHING, RECORD SOMETHING
The Dark Side has again taken over our state’s court system. When we walk into courtrooms, they have taken all the tables, all the chairs. They have buddied up with court staff. They use the judge’s stamp to conform court orders. They are working together to execute as many foreclosure final judgments as they can.
This is again a very ugly chapter in our court’s history.
WE ALL HAVE CELL PHONES. WE ALL HAVE VIDEO CAMERAS.
WE ALL HAVE A DUTY TO RECORD THIS
When you see a pro se person get shut down or shut up by a court. When you see files just being blindly stamped, FORECLOSURE ENTERED. When you see stacks of files piled all around just being passed through….RECORD ALL OF THIS AND BEGIN POSTING THESE PICTURES THIS EVIDENCE.
WHEN YOU SEE CONSUMERS CRYING, LEAVING COURTROOMS AFTER THEY’VE BEEN SENT THROUGH THE GRINDER, WALK UP TO THEM AND RECORD THEIR EMOTIONS. INTERVIEW THEM, ASK THEM QUESTIONS…
“DO YOU THINK YOU WERE TREATED FAIRLY?”
“DO YOU HAVE A MESSAGE FOR STATE LAWMAKERS?”
“IS THERE FRAUD AND FORGERY IN YOUR FILES?”
