THE FLORIDA BAR SUPPORTS THIS BILL AND IT’S WRONG- They argue that forcing them to produce proof and evidence of right to pursue foreclosure at filing is some benefit….BUT THIS IS ALREADY THE REQUIREMENT UNDER THE LAW! To suggest this is some benefit is absurd.
The Bar Asserts This Bill Enhances the rights of Condo and HOA- WRONG….The biggest thing they don’t understand is that HOAs and Condos cannot force a Plaintiff to get a judgment they don’t want.
Under Show Cause a judge can just order a show cause with no hearing.
THE FLORIDA BAR ASSERT THAT, “THERE ARE NO THINGS ABOUT THIS BILL WE DO NOT LIKE”
