What has devolved over the last several years in this formerly free and proud nation is beyond disgusting and disturbing. Pages and pages, books and books could be written about how far gone we are. From undeclared wars and the burning, killing and torturing innocents in countries all across the globe to collusion with industry to poison an torment the working population, the changes are staggering.
But what is most apparent, in the context of foreclosure and the financial crimes that continue burning all across this country, is that an entirely new and terrifying model of governance has metastasized right before our eyes. The United States government is no longer any government “Of The People” and it certainly does not function “For The People”. Today, from coast to coast, this nation’s government is owned and is captive by the corporations, the industries and the evil forces who have bought off, bribed an corrupted those nominal figureheads who occupy houses of government in every state and in their nation’s capitol. It is indeed “their” nation’s capitol because they own it, and they pay for their dark suited creatures that inhabit the structures. Of sure, they let the serfs come around to visit, to gaze up in wide wonder at the shiny buildings and statutes, those monuments to a bygone era, those symbols and relics of a noble experiment in governance that failed long ago. You can stand on the steps of the Supreme Court, and the justices still wear solemn black robes, but stitched onto the inside of those robes are the patches and logos of the corporations that sponsored the jurists into their seats…an discretely carved into the wood of the bench are the slogans of the various interests whose profits the justices must protect:

And while several corporate factions have staked out the Supreme Court as their territory to own and control, other interests stake out other outposts to exercise their dominion and control. Unknown to most Americans, glued as they are to television and unable to engage in critical thinking, The Great Seal of the President of the United States of America is owned and licensed back to each successive inhabitant of the office by Goldman Sachs. And Sachs in turn sits at the top of the control pyramid controlling the interests of each of the other major multinational financial interests that are the leaders of the criminal oligarchy formerly known as the United States of America.
Again, one could go on and on and on with these direct examples, but the crystal clear and distinct proof of all this theory can be found in the conclusion of the Great Financial Crime Spree of 2008. Oh sure, 2008 was a long, long time ago and the initial architects of it kind of fade into the background, but their acholites and lieutenants continue executing the terms of the great deals cut so many years ago. The crimes are simple: Steal trillions in private equity and wealth from all of America. Then when caught, share a small portion of the stolen loot with the government in the form of payouts, fines and settlements. It’s a scheme brilliant in its execution. The drug addled People of the United States of Amerika might have risen up an raised a whimper or two if The Government had started marching through communities all across this country and started confiscating bank accounts and throwing American families out into the street in exactly the same way the Nazis did in Germany just a few years ago. And so rather than be so blunt and direct, our government hid behind purportedly private corporations, “The Banks” and allowed them to gut the fortunes, the wealth, the homesteads and communities of America. This is not far fetched speculation or colorfully exaggerated conspiracy theory….this is fact.
“The Banks” don’t own the debts they are brutally enforcing. “The Banks” are not the ones that are the ultimate beneficiaries of foreclosures. They are merely debt collectors, shell entities that employ thugs in suits to do the bidding and execute the orders of the real parties in interest….Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the private and foreign trusts that actually own the debts they are collecting. Now even the most diabolical criminal enterprises do not function perfectly and in the context of foreclosure and financial crimes, the criminal enterprises…Fannie/Freddie/The Trusts and “The Banks” working as debt collectors for the ultimate owners of the debts did not have all their paperwork in order when their conspiracy ramped up and got spinning so wildly out of control.
And because there was such an imperative that this mad march to extract trillions from the Amerikan people begin in earnest IMMEDIATELY, the campaign, the assault, the attack started and exploded across this nation with a fury. No worry that the evidence necessary to support this war on the American people was not in existence…The conspirators ramped up their document mills, their forgery operations, the signature fabricators and directed them to begin forging and fabricating the evidence that would…(at least in some cursory fashion)…support the rights of the Plainitffs to engage in their nationwide crime spree.
And what was the penalty when all this was revealed and discovered? There was no penalty. There has been no penalty. Rather, “The Banks”, the co-conspirators in this crime spree merely agreed to share a bit of the ill-gotten loot with their government enablers….who likewise continue to profit from this crime spree. And what is the end product, the ultimate goal of this crime spree?
The seizure and appropriation, on a massive scale, of the private property of Americans. Transferring this property into the hands of governments and institutions and banks and multinational corporations….using whatever means necessary.
One final swipe here. All of this done with the active participation and material support of a judicial system that (aspirationally at least) was charged with protecting against this onslaught…..
This transcends all parties and strata of government as it previously existed….this is your new model of Amerikan governance.
