  Actually, in the 30’s, the Nazi’s actually offered those of the Jewish faith, 10% of their property values as part of their “confiscation” efforts. The Nazi’s needed to steal its citizens’ properties to re-build “their” economy and re-build their war machine. Have the American people been at least offered 10% yet?
