Sometimes practices become so outrageous that a new language has to be developed in order to explain the conduct. Like the term, “surrogate signer”. That’s just a made up word to describe good old fashioned forgery. Next, the industry shills attempt to explain away why they don’t have basic paperwork…..very interesting read….
