Perhaps the only thing that will change things is hitting them on attorney’s fees….the evil that permeates this country is astonishing….

What will you each day to fight the tyranny and the unchecked abuses of power? What will you do each day to fight for your country? I have an idea. These fraudnauts in the rocket docket courts, are charging all kinds of fees for documents created by the robo-signers. I agree hit them in the pocketbook. But how? Why paying someone $180 per hour to go to the court house, get the court file, get copies of the documents, bring them back to the defendants or attorney, and certify they got them from the court records and have this form notarized. I think it would be fair to say this would be at least a three hour job. Then we can add this as a “cost”. We can then have other certifications made by prior lenders who have no interest in the note and mortgage, and get them to make such an affidavit. We can charge for the cost of this.
