Is there another story-behind-the story here? Does the bank have a buyer for the property to make a profit? Otherwise it doesn’t make sense to foreclose on Mr. Williams given he was only one day late with his payment. Those darn automatic payments can be a real headache. If your account if a little short, the payment bounces. And that can start a string of consequences leading to foreclosure as in this case. Best wishes to Mr. Williams, hope this gets resolved.
