The Florida Supreme Court is stepping in to the important debate over whether our courts will continue to permit widespread fraud across the state. In a normal world, the answer would be very clear and this wouldn’t be news. But we live in a crazy Alice and Wonderland world where the normal rules and ethics get twisted into a strange and bizarre Twilight Zone kind of alternate reality.
