Do you know if April Charney plans to do any teach-ins or seminars on recent changes in Florida law about homeowner default/home auction procedures?
E.g, have the mortgage banks stopped sending process servers and instead started sending letters of intent to sell the house, and if so, what steps can homeowers take to stop the sales so they can file the documentation respionses?

PS I’m not an attorney, this is just for myself and a few interested homeowners who’ve been denied refis and will most likely need help before 2013 ends. We were thinking of car-pooling to a seminar if one is scheduled.
