I find it so disheartening to continue fighting to protect the basic rights that are already provided for by law. The right to have a foreclosure complaint verified is a right. A RIGHT. Not a privilege.
And still, the foreclosure mills are able to continue violating consumer’s rights by ignoring the rule and denying their rights. Even worse in my mind is the potential that complaints are not being properly verified…..
