THEY’RE FORCING THE MILLIONAIRE FORECLOSURE MILLS TO FOLLOW THE RULES OF THE SUPREME COURT AND FORCING THEM TO PAY NEW FILING FEES!
The result is a terrible, staggering, shocking reversal of fortunes for the Millionaire Foreclosure Mills. You see, because the firms chose to voluntarily violate the rules, and because they must now pay these filing fees, they’re probably going to purchase a few less Ferrari’s this year…
You see, while homeowners across Florida are suffering…the Millionaire Mills are, well, making millions (that’s what they do). And while not every circuit is doing the right thing and forcing these arrogant firms to start following basic rules, at least one Circuit…the Twelfth Circuit in Sarasota/Manatee County is in fact issuing Orders that do dismiss the cases and which require the firms to pay new filing fees. If this circuit is doing it, the only real question is….
WHY AREN’T ALL CIRCUITS ACROSS THE STATE OF FLORIDA DISMISSING COMPLAINTS AND MAKING THE FUNDING BASED ON THE DISMISSALS?
Press your courts, ask your judges, make phone calls to press and other sources. It’s simply too unfair for these millionaire firms to continue to make profits on the backs of overworked court staff and judges.
