I don’t believe the Florida AG’s investigation is the first or the only investigation of improper conduct. We have heard rumors of this investigation for some time and I believe their are other federal investigations currently underway. I don’t want my judges to continue to feel pressured to throw their neighbors out of their homes so Fat Cat Bankers and Millionaire Foreclosure Mills can get richer all in the face of widespread fraud. I don’t want my judges to feel the pangs of guilt when they all learn they’ve been had by the Fat Cat Bankers. I want our judges to understand that they are the very last link in this long, rusty chain of fraud and deceit. It is now common knowledge that the American people were played and manipulated by Wall Street and their cronies. They’ve moved their frauds from Wall Street to courtrooms all across this state. On a very personal level, I wonder how our judges will feel when the full nature of the abuses is revealed?
When the investigations document and reveal the true nature and breadth of the widespread fraud, what will be the remedy for that poor homeowner who was a victim of the fraud?
THE ONLY RESPONSIBLE ANSWER FROM OUR BELOVED JUDICIARY IS A MORATORIUM ON SUMMARY JUDGMENTS OF FORECLOSURE.

Can anybody tell me, or Matt, if there is a possibility to file “Motion to Set Aside Sale” based on fraud in Court ?
If I show the Court that documents and allegations submitted by FDLG with the complaint to the Court are false, then, I assume that the whole sale process and certificates of sale and title are “void”. am I correct?
My personal opinion, at least in my case, is that FDLG do not really represent JP Morgan Chase NA, instead, they are debt collectors.
If my theory is correct and verified with good evidence, then JP Morgan Chase Bank NA would be an unsecured creditor.
Judge awards Summary Judgment this morning at the 11th Circuit in Miami. The Plaintiff submitted a FAKE note with an endorsement to ANOTHER non-action party. The Mortgage in question had a WRONG legal description. These judges are STILL not getting it or are simply refusing to get it. Matt, I know you’re sticking up for your beloved judges but, some of them need to be criminalized for aiding and abetting a perpetrate on the court. The criminals need to be brought to justice, the only problem is, what justice? where? and by whom?. Our gov is actually worst than some third world country’ s gov. This investigation into FDLC (Florida Default Law Criminals) will end up in a fine, a slap in the hand, and a statement of non-admission. I have to thank you though for standing up to the little people but at the end of the day, that and quarter will buy you a bag of chips. I am sorry but I’ve lost total faith in our gov and system. The so called puppet we have as president knows exactly what’s happening and he’s not attempting to move a finger; instead, he rewards them.
