Now, this case involves very basic
12 principles of agency law that have existed in our
13 state from the beginning of the time. And the
14 principle is simply this: If an agent is coming
15 into court to act on behalf of a principal, there
16 must be some consent of the principal upon whose
17 on behalf the agent is acting.
18 This Court will remember that the Court
19 directed that the complaint must be verified
20 strictly to construe with the rules of the
21 Florida Supreme Court. The rules of the Supreme
22 Court regarding verification demanded that a
23 plaintiff verify, not a servicer or any agent,
24 much less an undisclosed agent.
