I find it most disturbing that this issue of rising flood insurance premiums has not been talked about AT ALL by elected and appointed officials.
While the Florida Legislature spent all session screaming about
WE’VE GOT TO CLEAR THESE FORECLOSURES!
Not a single one of them was focusing their legislative attention on a major issue that is going to crush property values across Florida….and what this will provoke is dramatically rising payments and new foreclosures….which will in turn crush values…..nice.
What can you do? Hold on and retain an attorney now….there’s a real fight brewing.
