We keep receiving loud and serious warnings about violations of basic rights, but people do not seem to be paying attention. I continue to aggressively pursue the Jack Booted Thugs cases all across this state, but many people do not understand the importance of jack booted thugs cases is the fact that they show a willingness to let our basic Constitutional rights be violated.
Well listen to this news story and pay very close attention to the allegations made by the victim. He asserts that federal agents kicked down his door in order to try and collect on the student loan debts of his estranged wife…..if this does not help you understand just how much trouble we’re in in this country, I do not know what will…..
I read about this and saw the video on another site. This is indeed very frightening. Apparently, one third of the states allow people to be arrested on a debt. We think that debtors prisons don’t exist but they do. In addition, I have had more than a few clients threatened with jail for failure to pay child support which is also a debtor’s prison.
We have moved so far afield in this country, I do not know if we will be able to find our way back .
At what point in time did the Dept of Education get congressional approval to write their own warrants and hire their own judges???
Last time I checked there still is a legal system or the remnants of a legal system where a judge, who swore to uphold and defend the constitution of these united states, had the sole authority to sign a warrant not some agency hack.
That’s completely disgusting. Good for that man that he got the media on it and I hope he sues the SOBs (all of them) for this unacceptable violation and that he wins HUGE bucks. I’m sure he’s being courted by a few attorneys and I hope he finds a killer shark.
