Just tick off those names, Fortune Magazine, Rolling Stone, New York Times, Wall Street Journal. And there are just so many more….every single respectable news source is now reporting what we in the trenches have been screaming for years…..

These warnings are not just being repeated by the consumer attorneys who are in the trenches and who see this everyday and these news organizations are not just reporting bad facts….this is real. The information now is fully vetted, painstakingly researched, verified and cross verified. These are facts and truths that are beyond doubt.
And yet the attorneys have been sounding the warning bells—warning bells to protect not just our clients, but our courts, our financial system and our entire country from this catastrophe are under attack. The attacks that come my way are real, and persistent. They are coming from many directions at once. And the same goes for my colleagues. And why?
