It is grossly improper what is happening to our nation’s court system. Our courts are being choked and are withering to die because they are not funded properly. This has devastating implications for our entire nation, and the freedoms we once held dearly.
But please read this transcript to hear how one judge, when faced with the mind boggling realities of doing his impossible job holds all parties before him to the very high standards that he holds for himself.
As he says, “I was a prosecutor for 23 years, I took my job quite seriously…..if a judge told me I had better be ready for trial and I didn’t show up ready for trial, I would find myself in trouble.”
The problem is, in foreclosure court these same rules are not always applied….it’s a different set of rules for the banks…because after all, they’re the banks and they should just get away with whatever, right?
