Now that is a real judge. The rule of law is being applied. The judge is not making law. And the merits of facts overcomes the idealogy that the plaintiff is right and has a right to foreclosure no matter if there are errors in paperwork. Errors? Of plain out false pleadings? Errors? Or clearly proof the plaintiff has no standing or capacity? We need more judges in Florida like this. Maybe the sixth circuit has at least one judge who is worthy of the robe. I wonder how long “Lynn” will survive before the heat is turned on under the bench? But, this is a good order. Excellent judgeship. This is not robo-docket.
