Foreclosure Defense Florida

What Are You Going To Do This Weekend To Serve Your Country?

If you read this blog, you know what is happening in this country. I am so grateful to every one of you who takes the time to share their struggles with the rest of the world.   Your voice is being heard.

After all these months, the rest of the world is waking up.   They are beginning to understand that your struggle is a shared struggle.

Through this struggle, the lawyers and advocates who care and who demonstrate the very highest calling of this profession are showing the world what the real practice of law is all about.

As long as one good attorney is left who is willing to sacrifice everything to fight for what is right, there is still a glimmer of hope.

Fortuntately, especially in the state of Florida, there are literally thousands of committed attorneys who are fighting for you.   They share your struggle, they support and defend one another.   They fight against seemingly hopeless odds to protect and defend our courts….the courts are ours….not theirs.

And because of them, there is hope.

    Hi Matt,

I just wanted to say thankyou for all you do. In supporting us, in believing that the system has to work correctly for us, in sharing your wealth of information, and giving us all hope.

    Thank you so much,
    Jane

  • Your comments are should spark a “glimmer of hope” to all those being foreclosed on wrongfully, in direct conflict with the statutes, the rule of law and an “equitable” court system that, as you say, is ours not theirs.

I have seen the wrong for well over 4 years and see even more injustice and illegal practices occurring every day.

The banks are fraudsters, they are stealing our homes aided and abetted by our governments (county, state and federal). They are aided and abetted by our courts and the judges who have sworn oaths to uphold the laws. They do not and are not.

We need many more voices to speak out and up. I urge those in foreclosure or about to go into foreclosure to FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT. Find one of the thousands of attorneys that fight for freedom and justice he says exists in Florida.

If you cannot afford an attorney, you are entitled to represent yourself in court. Help to represent yourself Pro Se is available. At the very least answer the summons within the 20 days given you to do so to avoid a default judgement. Your answer will buy you more time.

Don’t give up and DON’T let “them” take your house illegally, without fraud, forgery and most of all STANDING.

Matt, keep up the good work. I know how tough it is to keep up a blog like this and your law practice defending us against wrongful foreclosures. Your efforts are appreciated and your sacrifices are recognized. you are one of the few not afraid to speak the truth.

Mr. Weidner, I do not see how any lawyer is defending the courts when the judges are treating them like trash, signing foreclosure before hearings, allowing fraudulent documents to be used to foreclose, and just are plain out evil toward foreclosue defendants? I know the Florida Bar wants the courts to have a positive image of fairness, but this is all a facade. There is no fairness. Everyone once in awhile it is handed down. I read on such case where Judge Perry Little threw out a foreclosure with prejudice. Now this is following the rule of law. But how many times did he not follow the rule of law and allowed shysters to control his court? I want to respect the courts. I want to respect judges. And I want to be proud of the judiciary. But at this time, I am broken hearted that our courts are not places of justice. They are places where fraud still controls. I understand your desire to stand up for the legal system. And I see the conflict between what is right and fair and the rocket docket. You are in the middle of the cross-hairs sir. Can even you survive if you continue to stand up for justice? I hope so because you are a good attorney who cares for people. And we need more lawyers like you going into court and standing up as mediators who are not influenced by money or the power brokers. I do admire the thousands of good lawyers in Florida. But the bad ones and the bad judges, I have only two words: disdain and shyster.

    • thank you…i hope and pray that i will be able to continue fighting…..who knows….forgive them, they know not what they’ve done…

      • John Korman says:

forgive them, they know not what they’ve done”¦
is a phrase that has been miss-interpreted, intentionally. It actually says “forgive them not, for they know what they are doing.”

The truth is out there, learn it for yourself and stop accepting the lies…

        • John Korman says:

A followup on my earlier reply on the miss-interpretation on the phrase forgive them, they know not what they’ve done”¦

          as follows;
The King James Version of the Bible was concocted by the King under the guidance of Pope Innocent III. [This is the same King who was convinced by the Pope, that the Pope was God’s representative on earth!] This collaboration was kept secret to conceal the truth of their manipulation of the prophet’s written word. If you can locate an ancient manuscript of the Bible, which predates the King James Version, you will discover that [during the crucifixion of Christ] it is written in the ancient text that Jesus said: ” Forgive them NOT, for they know what they do!” In the King James Version, it is written that Jesus said: ” Forgive them Father, for they know NOT what they do.” The King James interpretation represents a passive version and is in keeping with the purpose and the accolade mentioned in Article 3 of the Treaty of Verona.

The truth is out there, which we must learn for ourselves and teach it to our children.

Matt is seeking that truth, and I for one support that effort, and wish him well.

The problem is the Judge’s and public’s perception of the homeowner getting a free house, is not balanced with the fact, that parties who never loaned the homeowners a dime, are getting a free house, without discovery, of chain of title, or disclosing, if any of the parties received insurance.
This makes for a uphill battle, in states like Fladuh, where our AG Pam Bondi, and Gov Rick Scott are owned, or leased by these pretender lenders.

I think it is time for us to hold the judges accountable, for if they are not upholding the law, then they are breaking the law! I do not agree in “praying” to a judge, as he is just a man in a black robe sitting on a platform. I only pray to my God and would never replace or mistake that position. The “courts” are supposed to mediate rights and give us justice. They have turned into debt collection offices controlled by the banksters. The corruption and disregard for the true law has turned our courts into a side show, court “mill” where the judges are not giving any acknowledgement to the Defendants rights and ignoring their oath to uphold our rights. Either we’ve been snowed as far as what our rights really are (did they abolish the constitution and not tell us?) or our courts are being run by foreigners who don’t follow our laws. Demand the judges oath and to see his bond. His is also an employee of the people. We are paying his salary.
Thanks to all the true lawyers who know what is right and are willing to stand up. The rest of the bunch should be disbarred. In real estate, a broker has to adhere to rules and regulations, where are those for attorneys? Do they get to just do whatever they want, because they have a title, Esquire? NO. Start suing the attorneys that bring fraud upon the court. Because they know better, they are taking advantage of innocent people that are not versed in the law. And that is unjust enrichment!

  • old guy says:

Brilliant response John to the perception of the homeowner getting a free house – parties who never loaned the homeowners a dime are getting a free house. This kind of rebuttal is needed to the specious arguments against homeowners.

  • Hillary says:

In reference to getting a free house it is the bank who is getting the free ride. I believe a lot of the banks didn’t even transfer the notes and mortgages to the trusts, so when they foreclose they are the ones getting the free ride. Why shouldn’t the homeowner get to keep their house they are not the ones that convinced people to take out loans they couldn’t afford. You know not all b orrowers are finance majors. I know of some norrowers that didn’t even speak the English language that relied on others such as their realtors and brokers. Why should someone who has committed fraud be rewarded. The homeowners should keep their house.
