Please don’t make the foreclosure process allow the Plaintiff Securitized Trust Banks any easier or different than it is now. I am personally aware of these banks’ representatives using fraudulent paperwork and forged signatures to “help” the courts rule in their favor. That fraud upon the court and uttering of forged instruments are class 3 felonies. Please step back and think seriously before making laws help the unlawful. The legislation you are currently considering this day and week will be wrongful legislation, and cause me to wonder WHO you believe you are representing…someone else’s campaign money, or the PEOPLE — like me.
