On January 4 2010, I set off with a handful of other swimmers, many of whom were Navy SEALS, for a toasty little swim across Tampa Bay. (Read More About it here)
Toasty of course is a joke…it was 44 degrees outside as we crushed though the massive current and crashing seas. But that little exercise was nothing compared to what our men and women in uniform do every single day of their lives.
