I’ve got files sitting in my office from 2009 and every month in between. The more I push on these files, and ask basic questions, like, “produce any evidence you own and hold the note and mortgage and have the right to enforce them”, the more often the Plaintiff objects, claims like it doesn’t matter and that I have no right to know the answers to these fundamental questions.
In all my years of doing this, I’ve yet to have many of these questions be answered legitimately or with any reasonable satisfaction.
THERE IS SOMETHING VERY WRONG WITH THE WAY FORECLOSURES HAVE BEEN PERMITTED TO BE PRACTICED IN THIS STATE.
ARE THERE NO HONEST MEN OR WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP WHO ARE WILLING TO EXPLORE THIS?
