The Federal Reserve “Independent” Foreclosure Reviews…You Have No Idea How Corrupt This Government Is…

pending-foreclosure

“Mr. Weidner, I got this mail telling me to fill out the form for a foreclosure review.…should i do it?”

To which I initially replied….

“Sure, if you want to waste your time because nothing will come of it.”

But then I was approached and was encouraged that I should encourage consumers to support such things so I wrote several posts….

“Fill out the forms!   Let the government help you!”

But as I said, it felt rather like an abused spouse returning for a few more punches to the face.   And then on New Years, the reports came that if you did waste time filling   out those little forms, you were in fact completely wasting your time because the banks were shutting down the whole investigation.

Just how does that make you feel, knowing that whatever time you spent was completely wasted..your complaint flushed down the toilet?   Well, you ain’t even touched the iceberg.

But keep in mind who you’re dealing with here….as a reader from Naked Capitalism wrote:

The two parties, our whole political class, are not stupid or incompetent. They are not good people making mistakes. Nor are they psychopaths making bad decisions. Each of these rationales in some way contains the idea that they are not wholly and completely responsible for their acts. While each of these explanations holds a certain attraction, none of them are true. The truth is a lot simpler. They are criminals acting as criminals. It doesn’t matter what they think. It doesn’t matter what they believe.

Who cares if they equate their good with the general good, and believe the more they take for themselves, the more the general good is served? Would we accept this argument from a car thief, a burglar, or a bank robber? No. So why should we accept it from our political class?

We need to be as serious and hard assed about this as they are. Everytime you see Obama, Boehner, Reid, McConnell, or Blankfein and Dimon, everytime you see any of our political classes remember that they murder more Americans in a year than a dozen bin Ladens did in a lifetime. They steal more in a year than a million Dillingers. They create more destruction than a hundred natural disasters. More pain and suffering than a major epidemic. They are the banality of evil made manifest. We must stop being distracted by that banality and look at them up close and in the face in all their evil and ugliness.

They mean with every atom of their being to loot us to the last drop and beyond if they can. To resist them, we must be as clear eyed and steadfast as they are to destroy us. We must put aside comforting but false stereotypes. We should keep ever present in our mind the evil that they are and the evil that they do. We can not afford to let that image slip an instant from our view, because when we do, they win. They succeed in making their evil appear less, or even no evil at all, and so easier to sell and continue.

And Importantly…if your stomach can handle just how bad things are with the corruption and this latest sellout…Read more at https://www.nakedcapitalism.com/2013/01/pending-foreclosure-fraud-settlement-achieves-new-level-of-abject-regulatory-failure.html#1Cetv0ezAG2TccRd.99

I may buzz about celebrities in my day job.. But I still buzz about foreclosure fraud and the government / banking corruption that is our life in the world now. It is not limited to America.

I dont’ feel bad filling out the few questions they asked, and I “socked it to them.” Many people only had to fill out three boxes – but I had more because I had to use the online website.

Since this is going to probably result in a nothing I am prepared for that. If I get something it is so far less than what is fair that I am not thrilled. It cost us THOUSANDS plus split our family up prematurely, and almost orphaned three dogs. We had one year of not having a permanent home and while it was a great learning experience is not one I wish to repeat.

The fact that we gave all the documentation and taught our Attorney General about Robo -Signing, breaking of foreclosure process laws, breaking of recording laws (time) that related to substitution of trustee documentation and other fraud means that they used OUR (all those that did complain to A/G) documentation to receive settlement and are returning basically NOTHING..

So once again everyone else benefits except those that were targeted by banks and corrupt courts. Darla from AZ .

The headline says it all, “The Federal Reserve ….” When most people speak or mention The Federal Reserve, they speak like it is some part of the Federal government. IT IS NOT!!! It IS the PRIVATE bank that owns the soul of every politician at the Federal level, and most others at ALL levels of government, civil service workers included. We were taught in school that The Federal Reserve is owned by the member banks. Well, just who are those “member banks” that allegedly own The Federal Reserve? Perhaps they are those same banks that were supposed to cough-up between $500- to $125,000- for any provable wrongful foreclosures. The corruption is now so blatant that anyone with a moderate double-digit IQ should be able to easily see what is going on.

I spent several weeks getting together the paperwork for the Independent Foreclosure Review, that showed how Chase tried to take our home, even though we had a bankruptcy stay. Very illegal. WAMU had made the loan in my husband’s name, made me get off, I had a higher FICO score, and the loan was made in my social security number. (I was even given a copy of a credit report with my social and my husband’s name from Chase, didn’t know they could do that). My husband went into a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and Chase tried to lift the stay, the judge told them they would have to wait until the bankruptcy was discharged, but they went ahead and filed the paperwork with the county and advertised the sale. We found out they told our lawyer, at the time they didn’t know who my husband was, they had a different social security number on it. We hired a lawyer that ended up just taking our money to file a chapter 11 for me, that temporarily stopped the sale, but the Chapter 11 was dismissed, as the lawyer just took our money. Again, Chase filed the paperwork for the sale with the county and advertised three times in the local paper. All this time we tried to get a modification. Chase told us the Investor refused to give us a modification. Chase even refused to lower the payment when the interest rate went down to 3%. Finally we got Chase to answer the Qualified Written Request and now they told us they owned the loan. We finally found an honest lawyer and stopped the sale, but Chase wrote a letter and told the Independent Review they always obey the law. Being in my 70’s and almost lost our home has really caused health problems for my husband and I. I never dreamed the banks could be this evil. I tried calling my congressman, the white house, etc, etc, no one helped us. The only way we were able to save our home and our rental properties was when we found a lawyer, in L.A., Giovanni Orantes, who knew how to file a chapter 11 and fight for us. Mr. Orantes was even able to cram down the loan on our primary residence because we farm on it. I thank God for good lawyers and I hope some day the crooks who caused so many people so much pain will finally pay for what they did.
