As all of you are aware, I have many cases and field calls from all over the country where banks break into homes, change the locks, sometimes take property.
The banks fight aggressively, very aggressively and take the position that they have every legal right to invade the homes of Americans. The banks take the position that when you take out a mortgage, you have given up your right to be protected by the law from unreasonable searches and seizures of your property.
Think about that Americans, and send this along to all your friends. The banks have taken the position that they do not need a court order or supervision of law enforcement when they decide to break into your home.
These are rights that were enshrined in the United States Constitution…THE FOURTH AMENDMENT, THE FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT….(and this is State Action because the banks are acting with implicit power of the state, federal and local governments when law enforcement stands aside or when they do this under the color of a foreclosure action)
BUT THESE BASIC RIGHTS ARE BEING DESTROYED, OUR UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION IS BEING TRAMPLED UPON.
Read the attached story then ask yourself, “If it is a crime for a landlord to break into a home and change locks when a tenant doesn’t even own the home, why is it not a crime when a bank does this to a property that is owned by the homeowner?”
