STAGGERING…DISTURBING….NEARLY 10,000 FORECLOSURE CASES FILED IN TAMPA BAY AREA

There’s a very, very disturbing thing happening in St. Petersburg and Tampa area….an absolute HURRICANE OF NEW FORECLOSURE CASE FILINGS.
My search indicates that there were 8,486 new cases filed in our area….that’s a staggering number….
As our local courts are busy clearing out the old foreclosure cases, we really all need to understand how this immense wave of new foreclosure cases are going to impact all of us…..
courts, communities, counselors….
What happens when tens of thousands of old foreclosure cases are cleared….and new ones keep getting filed?
Has anyone thought this through?
