Matt,
Thanks for helping the countless people you do but I must say you are way off in your analogy that its the banks fault our states are in such a mess. Its no ones faults but judges and attorneys…period!
Don’t be naive, judges have the choices to make the right decisions every day….. period and attorneys should not pushing bad cases at the judges. All it takes is one or the other to hold up their oath and its stops. Instead what we have is one of the most corrupt systems on the planet.
If I dont like what one judges says I can go to another judge. And if I dont like what he says then, well….another judge. All of them BAR card holders…that’s the whole problem.
As I found out in my own case, my judge held thousands of shares in BOA and guess who was foreclosing…you guessed it and who did he rule in favor of…again you guessed it. He is no longer my judge and things have changed. See the issue, he was not an honest judge who was doing his job, instead he is stealing tax payers money for doing a lousy job and dishonest!
Until the people of this country quit playing with their phones, quit watching the poison on tv and start kicking these public servants (judges, congress, reps) out of office and start demanding honest people to replace them nothing will change.
Sad but true, Amerika is asleep at the wheel.
