Time to get ready for the next battle folks, the next stop on the crazy train called Florida’s Frankenstein (un)Fair Foreclosure Act is the House Judiciary Committee.
It’s expected that the bill will get major revisions and add-ons going into this committee. The two key elements to watch are what those add-ons look like and what Senator Latvala’s bill looks like.
This will determine the face of foreclosures in Florida from now until the state sinks into a deep dark pit of corruption and collapse. I keep waiting for some really significant outrage from people or hell, maybe just a whimper, but still….nothing.
