This interview was the best ever put on the news by any two lawyers in the nation. I think Matt you are setting the standard and pushing the bar higher for other defense lawyers. I will refer CA people to attorney Michael Pines in San Diego. I pray to God this mess can be cleaned up. I think one prong of that clean up is to allow bankruptcy judges to write down the mortgages to the present market value and make the mortgage companies refinance this amount at the present prevailing interest. The defiency should be paid with the bail out money. Instead the banks and servicers are using that bail out money to buy fake documents, pay shyster lawyers, and pay contractors to change the locks. I hope our elected representatives get on top of this right now. Thanks Matt and thanks Mr. Pines.
