It’s all just so much nonsense….only 3,000 foreclosures sales for all of 2011, but that’s not the real story…the real issue is that only 436 went back to third party purchasers.
Why the rush to set Final Judgments and set foreclosure sales?
Why spending hundreds of millions to set up foreclosure courts and mediation.
The end product of every foreclosure case should be a sale to a third party purchaser…right? All the rhetoric we hear is that we’ve got to get the “BAD” homeowners out of their homes so that we can get “GOOD” homeowners into the homes. So what happens with the 2,564 foreclosure sale auctions that go back to the Plaintiff? Do the “BAD” homeowners stay in the homes and are “GOOD” purchasers allowed to get into these homes?
The other big fiction and criticism of our courts is that it takes 638 days to complete a foreclosure case….but only 1690 of the cases have case numbers that predate 2010.
THE MAJORITY OF THE FORECLOSURE SALES HELD IN 2011 WERE FOR FORECLOSURE CASES FILED AFTER 2010!
The data is in an excel spreadsheet, manipulate it, tear it apart, devour the data…most importantly, challenge the lies, the propaganda and the misinformation….our courts are doing their job, our laws work, IT’S THE BANKS THAT HAVE SCREWED THE WHOLE FORECLOSURE PROCESS UP NOT OUR COURTS!
