I’ve been trying to use your “Contact Us” link and it won’t work. This is the information I need help with based on the workshop given by April today:
I am watching April’s workshop through Livestream today and I am in the current situation she has been speaking about. We live in a high foreclosure area and has caused our home value to drop to under 50% of its value from time of purchase. We are not in risk of loosing the home due to inability to pay, but we can never sell the property due to its drop in value. I have contacted our first mortgage company with the paperwork for them to see about lowering the principal value based on the making homes affordable act, but most of these programs are for people who can’t pay. If there is anything you can recommend for us to do, it would be greatly appreciated. Email is preferred method of contact if possible.
