Litigants and parties are supposed to work things out.   And here, in the western part of Florida we are.   We’re working together quite nicely, thank you.

Realtors are happy. Prices are up. Communities are happy. Little Disruption.   The legal system is happy….professionalism and reasonableness rule the day.
