Foreclosures in Four Minutes…(Does Florida Really Need Them Faster?) v. The Courts And Parties Working Together

Florida is like a tale of two states. On the one hand we’ve got people screaming

FASTER FORECLOSURES!

On the other hand, we have level-headed, thoughtful people (banks, judges, attorneys) saying….

Litigants and parties are supposed to work things out.   And here, in the western part of Florida we are.   We’re working together quite nicely, thank you.

Realtors are happy. Prices are up. Communities are happy. Little Disruption.   The legal system is happy….professionalism and reasonableness rule the day.

and
