The State of Florida devotes hundreds of millions of dollars, funding a foreclosure court system that rewards banks and punishes homeowners….no matter how gross and abusive the crimes of the banks and no matter what the long term damage that is being done to consumers and communities all across this state.

In June 2012 there were 377,707 foreclosure cases pending in Florida

By June 2013, the State of Florida had diverted untold hundreds of millions of dollars into the foreclosure court system (and don’t forget a few million given to the state as part of the bank settlement)……and….wait…for…it…

HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF TAX DOLLARS AND THERE REMAIN 329,171 FORECLOSURES IN FLORIDA!

And what about right here in Pinellas County Florida?  How many were “cleared”?

OK, and the REAL question is . . . . . how many were cleared with ADMISSIBLE EVIDENCE and not hearsay which PROVED there was a case-in-fact, plaintiff-in-fact, that the suing entity had capacity, standing and the Court had all required jurisdictions……[silence] yea right, zero, zip, nada, nothing, not ONE.
