Foreclosure Judge: I’m Here to Move Cases Along

And Foreclosure Judges Dismissing Cases Does Not Accomplish This

The court order is clear. If the Plaintiff fails to show up A SANCTION OF DISMISSAL COULD RESULT.

The court order is equally clear. If the Defendant does not show up A FINAL JUDGMENT COULD BE ENTERED.

And in fact Final Judgments are busy being handed out one after the other in courtrooms, frankly so many of them totally undefended by the homeowner.

And when our case was called up no party showed up on behalf of the Plaintiff.

No attorney. No witness.

No-one.

Case called again.

No-one.

We moved loudly and aggressively for the judge to dismiss the case, but what the foreclosure judge said was disturbing and frankly consistent with what we see….

I WON’T DISMISS THE CASE, THAT DOESN’T “SOLVE” THE PROBLEM

And that is exactly the problem.
