The chart below offers very compelling insight into the scope of the foreclosure “problems” in Pinellas county…and probably replicated statewide.

Dramatic reductions in the number of new foreclosure filings.

WOW! Just look at the low number of filings in December! And January!

But there’s an even more compelling set of figures…and that is the circumstances regarding actual foreclosure sales.

Just look at how many are set….compare that to the number cancelled…and most importantly, compare the number of sales to the number of times the Plaintiff takes the property back…..
