I see it every single day…many times a day….consumers who are losing their homes in foreclosure….when this does not need to happen…and likely would not happen…if they only hired a competent foreclosure defense attorney.
Frankly what I find even more infuriating is consumers who did hire an attorney, but hired incompetent counsel…who don’t put up proper defenses and lose their homes because of this.
You owe it to yourself and your family…hire competent counsel.

Assignment with bank employee self authenticating affidavits ( but no itemized loan listing) fails; See language of affidavit “Certain assets transferred”, sound familiar? Violates UCC article 9 and 3 as transfer was in bulk—- with no loan detail as to what was transferred.
