The reality of the fight to save families and keep them in their homes is that there’s really not much credible fight coming from most of the foreclosure mills.
Good foreclosure defense attorneys can beat them all back, in most cases.
In the vast majority of cases, the records and evidence produced by plaintiffs will not support their cases…and the case should fall right then and there. Even if they have good evidence, the plaintiff attorneys largely fail in their efforts to get that evidence in.
These days, the real fight foreclosure defense attorneys have is fighting courts who are leaning, yearning, stretching, coaching to help the plaintiffs win. Not at all what we think we know about a civil court system….but that’s what it is today.
Just what would this country be like if we actually had acknowledgment that bank fraud, lies and misconduct has done such immeasurable harm to our nation, to our communities, to individuals…to our justice system?
Long, long ago the nation’s courts threw their collective judicial souls into the lot of the bankers and out of control corporations. The balance of justice and fairness and equity and any semblance of rules or order tilted to favor the out of control class.
We are fairly well close here in this country to just wide open admitting….
JUST TURN ALL THE PROPERTY AND RESOURCES OVER TO THE BANKS AND THE GOVERNMENT….
It has happened incrementally, at trial and with appellate court decisions. With federal policies trickled down to individuals….
Not nearly enough people seem to care that this whole thing cannot end wellll……
