The worst thing about this is the logo and trust of the clerk of court is being used to give this report…full of incorrect statements of law and fact….credibility and authority.
These are private companies and private individuals in this report that are being accused of very serious crimes….I don’t find those accusations to be credible and I find it concerning that those who are being accused have not been given a formal opportunity to respond.
Worse, consumers read all of this and are led into areas of inquiry that are just flat out not valid.
