You’ve got to be living under a tree (or in your car), (probably thrown out in a foreclosure beset with fraud) if you don’t realize just how corrupt the entirety of US government has become. The rest of the world is starting to see what those of us who have fought in the trenches of the foreclosure wars for so many years have seen first hand for so many years….
THE US ECONOMY HAS BECOME HOPELESSLY CORRUPT, DRIVEN BY FRAUD. THE US GOVERNMENT SUPPORTS, DEFENDS, PROMOTES CRIMINAL CABALS, PUNISHES INDIVIDUALS AND SUPPORTS THE INSTITUTIONS THAT FUND CAMPAIGNS
At some point in time, we are all going to wake up to the horrifying consequences of a system that has flagged so wildly out of control. A nation cannot survive when there are two distinct categories of citizens, 1) those who are completely above all laws and rules and can prey upon the economic producers; and, 2) the economic producers and those that keep the wheels of commerce spinning.
The American legal system was supposed to be the most powerful regulator of commerce gone out of control. Courts, lawyers, judges were supposed to act as moderating and regulating forces that would balance commerce and the overall needs and interests of society at large. When express government regulation was too much of a control, courts and judges and lawyers were meant to step and and moderate the forces of inequity and overreach, keep industry and the overreachers out of line and level the playing field, through measured responses to individual and discreet wrongs. But our nation’s legal system has failed miserably, and continues to slide down a very dark path, our courts, largely, have become manifestations of the fascist empire that is USA, Inc.
I will continue to make clear the elements of fascism that is USA, Inc. clear. The US Government is a tool of the corporations that exist not just to provide goods and services, but to extract ever more the lifeblood of all citizens, young, old, dying. In foreclosure courtrooms, the individual wrongs of plaintiff litigants are ignored. Systemically, our courts decided long ago to abandon the Rule of Law and centuries of legal principals, articulated clearly in case law, instead turning to serve the interests of banks and financial institutions. In many instances, with countless examples all across the country, the rights of individuals in courtrooms are trashed and the larger interests of the judicial process completely obliterated….

Our nation’s courts have not just made individual rulings in foreclosure cases that destroy the rights of individuals, they create appellate law and system-wide procedures that eviscerate due process and the delusion that individuals deserve equal protection under the law. In so doing, especially in the institutionalized examples, the third branch shows the utter failure of the entirety of the delusion of American democracy and government. In plain language, Americas courts were intended to protect individual rights, they were not set up to systemically mete out benefits to corporate interests as we see occurring, especially in what we will now call

Foreclosure court is not a place where any person seeking justice wants to be. No one seems to care about the long term implications of this. What about the hundreds of thousands of Floridians who face the wood chipper of justice, delivered from that uniquely Florida perspective. Should that victim have any faith or commitment to an entire system of government gone completely wrong? I think not.
And now, let’s take a swing way wide and examine the international scene. It’s just like the gross failure and corruption we see at the state level….only worse. There’s something far bigger and far more damaging that Edward Snowden has than merely some revelations about industrial espionage, committed by the various wings of the corporate state. Invading the sovereignty of a presidential jet? High level diplomatic war games between not just world superpowers, but the supporting players as well? What will we learn when the full truth of whatever Snowden is holding is revealed?
The American Media will not cover these stories…focused instead on fireworks and cupcakes…but what will be the consequences when the breadth of American fascism is revealed?
EU businesses are threatening to terminate relations with American internet providers in response to the National Security Agency surveillance scandal, the European Commission has warned.
Neelie Kroes, Vice President of the European Commission, said that US providers of ‘cloud services,’ a technology that permits clients to store data on remote servers, could suffer steep losses if users fear the security of their material is at risk of being compromised.
“If businesses or governments think they might be spied on, they will have less reason to trust cloud, and it will be cloud providers who ultimately miss out,” Kroes said. “Why would you pay someone else to hold your commercial or other secrets if you suspect or know they are being shared against your wishes?”
The EC vice president then pointed to the “multi-billion euro consequences” facing US internet companies in the wake of the scandal.
