As anyone who has read this blog knows, the bankers are having a hard time continuing with their fraud and misrepresentations in courts across the state.
They’re making a powerful end run around circuit courts because they cannot be bothered with pesky details like facts and evidence….their solution is to remove judges and oversight completely and just start kicking doors down and taking homes without pesky judicial interference.
Unfortunately, the Florida Legislature is buying into their plan and the bill they have introduced is flying through the Florida Legislature.

If you’ve never done so in the past, contact your state legislators and tell them,
NO TO NON JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE!
Write down and fax details of your story…..judges did not believe that borrowers were sending in their paperwork only to have it rejected by lenders who denied they ever received it…..Now all legislators are hearing is that these deadbeat borrowers don’t want to pay and we cannot get them out….Please provide details of your efforts to work with lenders and the lies and misrepresentations you folks see on the front lines every day.
The bankers are throwing big money around and some form of the bill (HB 1523) will almost certainly pass…..all is not lost….yet….
