Tomorrow at 9:00 am, in Tallahassee, the Florida House of Representatives Civil Justice SubCommittee will meet to discuss the new foreclosure bill.
One of the comments we’re hearing is that the legislators are not hearing from you.
If voters do not speak out. If voters do not make their voices heard, the banks are going to have their way….they will have legislation that suits their interests…and which will be repugnant to our notions of basic due process.
Make no mistake, the foreclosure bill they seek to pass will be very bad for consumers.
